You can cancel your contract in writing (for example per letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks without indicating any reasons, or – if the object is left with you before the deadline – by sending the object back.

The deadline begins after receiving this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the product by the recipient and also not before complying with our duty to inform as per § 312c article 2 BGB in combination with § 1 articles 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our duty according to § 312e article 1 sentence 1 BGB in combination with § 3 BGB-InfoV.

To preserve the cancellation period it is sufficient to send off your cancellation of the object.

Consequences
In case of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and, if applicable, benefits (such as interest) must be paid back. If you cannot return the service you have received completely or partially or only in an inferior state, you must as far as it applies pay back the value of the service. You can otherwise avoid your obligation to pay back damages to an object you have used according to the terms of the contract by not using it as your property and avoiding anything that may reduce its value.
Properly packaged objects must be sent back at our risk. The costs for return shipments must be covered by yourself, in as far as the delivered product corresponds with the ordered product and if the value of the product being returned does not exceed 40 euros. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Return payments must be done within 30 days. The deadline for you begins with the date of shipment of your cancellation letter, for us with the date of receipt of the returned product.

Special Notes
Your cancellation right expires prematurely if the contract is entirely fulfilled for both parties upon your explicit wish before you have exercised your cancellation right.

Important Limitations
Some software titles from Strokes Publishing GmbH are sealed with a sticker on the DVD-ROM box. Please note that your cancellation right can only apply as long as this seal remains intact. The boxes of the course must therefore remain in an unopened state.

Please understand that we cannot grant you the cancellation right for products purchased by download, since the cancellation right does not apply for these types of products as per § 312 d Article 4 Nr. 1 BGB.
